A true business community has been established by creating Space @, one that allows businesses, remote workers and freelancers from all sectors to work together, to share best practice and to keep business flowing. Current Space @ Members include independent companies within marketing & media, photography, legal, teaching, architectural, accountancy, HR, events and food & supplements, who all now collaborate.

We ensure that utilising class leading technology and security is at the centre of everything we do. Our super fast fibre to property broadband not only delivers exceptional, reliable speeds but is also backed up with a secondary line to minimise any downtime. Our keyless door entry system means you only need your phone for simple, secure access whilst our site wide 24/7 CCTV system keeps you safe when accessing.

Community is everything to us and Members share their profiles, their businesses, their offers and expertise to one another via our Members App. We host events, socials and even the odd walk to the beach!

Located just 5 minutes walk from the Metro, 2 minutes walk from ample free car parking and only 3 minutes from the wonderful Spanish City and, of course, our gorgeous Blue Flag beaches.

With our mix of hot desking, dedicated desks, private offices, virtual offices and meeting rooms, a unique community has been created which allows all Space @ Members to come together to discuss challenges faced in their respective businesses, as well as socially.

The North East Coastline and Whitley Bay in particularly have a strong architectural heritage and Space @ has reinvigorated life into a former bank and accountancy offices which have both character and personality whilst providing a clean, professional and modern working environment.
